What do you actually do?
We trace where money went after a fraud, and we write it up as evidence. That means following transfers, card payments or crypto through the accounts and services they passed into, identifying who holds them where the records allow, and producing a report your bank, the police or a solicitor can act on.
How much does it cost?
The first review is free. After that we quote a fixed fee for a defined piece of work, agreed in writing before anything starts. We never take a percentage of anything you get back.
Can you get my money back?
We can find where it went, which is the difficult part. Whether it comes back is decided by the bank, exchange or court at the other end, and by how much time has passed — so we quote you on the investigation rather than on the result.
My bank already said no. Is it too late?
Often not. A first refusal is usually a decision made without the evidence, and a documented trace frequently reopens it. Sooner is better, because records age out.
What do you need from me?
Whatever you still have: statements, messages, emails, screenshots, names, dates. If that is very little, say so — part of the first review is working out what can be reconstructed from the other end.
Do you work with the police?
Yes. Where a case is reported we work alongside the officers handling it and supply material in the format they need, and we can help you make a report if you have not yet.
